Are you a Allergen Free Facility?

We are not a allergy free facility: Our facility allergens are; wheat, soy, milk, egg, gluten, cinnamon and tree nuts ( Walnuts, Pistachio, and Coconut )

Where do you ship your products?

Currently, we are shipping to the following states:

Maine, New Hampshire, Boston, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia

How should I store my Banana Pudd’in once delivered?

Our products are made fresh daily, packed and shipped directly to you within 24-48 hours ( except weekends). Upon arrival you should refrigerate immediately. We don’t recommend freezing our Pudd’in because this tends to alter the texture and speeds up the oxidation process of the banana slices.

 

How long does the Banana Pudd’in last?

Typically shelf life is 7-8 days as our products do not contain additional preservatives or stabilizers. Best used by date specified.


My banana slices are brown. Is the product bad?

No,  products should be consumed by or on the expiration date. We recommend that the Pudd’in be consumed earlier rather than later. Over time bananas will oxidize and this leads to the banana slice’s brownish appearance.

Here’s why: 

“Bananas contain polyphenol oxidase and other iron-containing chemicals which react with the oxygen in the air when the cells are cut open. When exposed to the air, these chemicals react in a process known as oxidation, turning the fruit brown.”


I have a food allergy; can I still eat Jess Pudd’in dessert?

Our dessert shop is not an allergen- free facility. Although we do have some products that do not contain nuts, all of our products are baked where nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, gluten, and cinnamon may be present in high volumes. Due to the presence of these allergens, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to allergens stated above.


How long before I receive my order?

All items will be made fresh and will be delivered in 3 – 5 Business days (Not including Weekends)


What size should I order?

Currently we are only offering our  16 oz Biggie size ( 2 pack ) and a 32 oz 4 pack option

Can I make changes to my online order after it ships?

All our perishable desserts are final sale. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order. Contact us at  Shippin@jesspuddin.com  for all shipping inquiries. 


How will I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and tracking information. To avoid any delays with your order. Please ensure that your email, billing and or shipping  information is correct. In the event that you experience an issue with your order, please contact Shippin@jesspuddin.com . A customer service representative will contact you as soon as possible.


My tracking shows my order is delayed !

Jess Pudd’in is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility. We cannot anticipate or control carrier disruptions like inclement weather or package handling by the carrier.

My online order arrived damaged, now what?
